Privacy Policy
Last updated September 22, 2026. This policy explains what Employee Drug Testing Services collects through this website, why, and who it goes to.
Who We Are
Employee Drug Testing Services operates employeedrugtestingservices.com. We connect employers with drug testing specialists. This policy covers the website only. It does not cover how your employer handles test results, or how a testing provider you later engage handles specimens and results under its own agreements and privacy terms.
Information We Collect
Information You Give Us
When you submit the request form we collect your first and last name, company, job title, work email address, phone number, state, and optionally your industry and any notes you add. We also collect your answers about which testing you need, your employee count, your locations, and your timeline.
Please do not send us information about a specific employee, applicant, or test result through this form. We do not need it and we do not want it.
The notes field has an optional Dictate button. If you use it, your browser converts your speech to text, and some browsers do that by sending the audio to their own speech service. We never receive the audio, only the text you submit. Typing avoids this entirely.
Information Collected Automatically
When you submit the form we record the page you submitted from, the page type, campaign parameters in the URL (such as utm_source), the referring website, the time of submission, and your IP address. We use this to understand which pages produce requests and to investigate abuse.
If analytics is enabled on this site, Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage data such as pages viewed and approximate location. Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that form submissions are not automated, also processes limited technical data from your browser.
How We Use It
- To contact you about the request you submitted
- To match your request to an appropriate testing specialist
- To keep a record of the request in our customer relationship management system
- To prevent spam and abuse of the form
- To understand which pages and sources bring in requests, so we can improve the site
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers.
Who We Share It With
- Testing specialists in our network. When your request is for testing services, we share your request with a specialist so they can contact you and scope your program. That is the purpose of the form.
- Service providers we use to run the site. Our web host, our email provider, our automation platform, our customer relationship management system, our analytics provider, and Cloudflare for spam protection. Each handles the information only to provide its service to us.
- When the law requires it, such as a valid legal request, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
How Long We Keep It
We keep request records for as long as we have a business relationship with you and afterward as needed for our records, unless you ask us to delete them. Backup copies of form submissions are stored on our web host and are not publicly accessible.
Your Choices
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or delete it.
- Ask us to stop contacting you. We will act on that request and keep only what is needed to honor it.
- Opt out of analytics using your browser settings or Google's opt-out tools.
Residents of some states, including California, have additional rights under state privacy law. We apply the choices above to everyone who asks, regardless of where they live.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. Lead records are kept in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we limit what we collect in the first place.
Children
This site is for business use by employers. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
Contact
You can also reach us through the contact page. Put "privacy request" in the notes field and we will route it to the right person.
